WAYS TO PARTNER
Introduce a customer with a defined document workflow and a real buying need. Referral eligibility and fees are confirmed in writing.
Scope and implement document extraction, validation and review alongside existing customer systems. Delivery and support responsibilities are agreed for each project.
Explore complementary integrations, APIs and structured outputs. Availability and technical work depend on a validated scope.
Discuss selling an approved solution under your own brand. White-label pricing, setup, support and usage allowances follow a separate agreement.
A submission is not a reservation. Protection applies to the approved customer opportunity and MicroExtract scope, not every project at that company. The customer's freedom to choose remains intact.
Record meaningful updates, meetings and next steps. After 60 days without activity, protection may be reviewed under the applicable agreement. Extensions require a recorded approval.
Existing customers, pre-existing opportunities and duplicate registrations need review. Other partners' identities and deal details are not shared with you.
Fees, commissions, territory, support and branding rights come from your signed agreement or accepted order. A portal application does not create a contract or promise a payment.
Company legal name, registration number where available, country, website domain, contact name, verified business email, phone, partnership route, industries served and delivery capabilities. Include your relevant experience and intended territory in the capabilities section.
For each deal, prepare the customer company and domain, registration number where available, country, authorised contact, workflow, monthly input pages, estimated value and currency, stage, expected close date, relationship evidence and next action.
Do not upload customer documents, passwords, identity documents or banking information. Share only information you are authorised to provide.
