Request deletion in MicroExtract

If you can sign in, open your MicroExtract account settings and choose the account deletion request option. You will be asked to confirm the request before it is submitted.

Deletion requests are verified and approval controlled. Submitting a request does not immediately destroy data. Our operational target is to complete valid verified deletion requests from active systems within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, security investigations, disputes, legal holds and the documented backup lifecycle.

If you cannot access MicroExtract, you can request deletion by emailing our privacy team. Please send the request from the email address associated with your MicroExtract account so we can verify it securely.

What the request covers

• Your MicroExtract account and associated account information.
• Customer content and generated outputs associated with the account where deletion applies and no lawful retention requirement prevents deletion.
• Related service data that must be deleted under the applicable request.

Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial or tax recordkeeping, legal obligations or legal holds. Residual deleted data may remain in protected backup or disaster-recovery copies until the applicable backup lifecycle expires and is not used for ordinary production processing.

Subscriptions

The MicroExtract mobile app does not currently sell subscriptions inside the app. If your account has a web subscription, manage or cancel it through the MicroExtract web billing portal before or as part of your deletion request where applicable.
