Least-privilege by design
Implementation scopes define who and what can access document inputs, processing components and validated outputs.
MicroExtract is designed for business-critical document workflows where access boundaries, traceability, data lifecycle requirements and deployment responsibilities must be explicit.
Implementation scopes define who and what can access document inputs, processing components and validated outputs.
Processing status, validation outcomes and exception paths are designed to make operational review possible instead of silently accepting questionable data.
Region, retention, deletion, authentication and integration boundaries are documented for the customer implementation rather than assumed to be identical for every deployment.
Before a production implementation is agreed, MicroExtract can walk through the proposed data flow, Azure components, document ingress and egress, validation boundary, integration points, retention assumptions and operational responsibilities for that workflow.
MicroExtract does not publish compliance certifications, uptime commitments, data-residency guarantees or security claims until they are verified for the applicable service and customer agreement.
Bring your security questionnaire or architecture requirements to the document automation assessment and we will map them to the proposed implementation.
